Tina is a passionate scrapbooker and takes inspiration from her family. She particularly loves the romantic shabby chic style and working with layers, flower clusters and chipboards to celebrate moments that touch the heart. She has had work published nationally and overseas and is currently designing for The Dusty Attic, 49andMarket, Maja Designs and Papericious.

Sue Smyth

Sue is a formally trained artist, who has been teaching, creating and crafting for over 20 years. She was the Editor of Australian Scrapbook Ideas, and has been published multiple times. Sue has designed several paper ranges for Ultimate crafts, and now designs her own ephemera “Artsy Treasures”, while teaching around Australia. Sue specialises in mixed media, with a shabby chic or gothic style. She is currently on the Imaginarium Designs team.

Katrina Thompson

Katrina is a Brisbane based paper arts teacher with over 15 years experience. Published in various magazines, Katrina works with a variety of mediums incorporating paper, lace, ink, metals and findings. Always happy to share her knowledge, she is looking forward to bringing a variety of projects to share with students again this year.

Elisa Ablett

Elisa has been a scrapbooker for over 15 years and has a diverse background in art journalling, art, drawing and mixed media. She loves to inspire others with her unique and colourful creations and has a love of all things inky and messy. Elisa is an experienced teacher at stores and retreats around Australia and is currently designing for multiple Australian and international businesses.

Tanya Froud

Tanya has a love for all things mixed media. Her style is grungy with a pretty and colourful aesthetic. The majority of her projects are made of mixed media scrapbooking and art journaling. Most of her work uses some type of inks or watercolour for a result that is bright and fun. Tanya has worked on a few design teams, most recently as a designer for Colour Blast Kit Clubs, ScrapFX Chipboard and a Deco Arts Educator.

Sonia Thomason

Sonia has been crafting for 14 years and has been part of numerous design teams for both manufacturers and retail stores. She has been a guest designer for My Mind’s Eye and was a Scrapbook Memories Master in 2016. Her scrapbooking style is best described as shabby chic with a bit of vintage and mixed media thrown in for good measure. She likes to play with new techniques and use them in a way that fits her particular style, with the photo(s) always the hero of her pieces. Sonia enjoys sharing her passion for scrapbooking with others who have a love of papercraft.

Based in Adelaide, Jane has taken her scrapbooking all over Australia, New Zealand and the USA. She is the owner of Seriously Scrapbooking and Imaginarium Designs (chipboard). Her work has been published in magazines in Australia and the USA, and her style is described as classic and timeless. She sends her work as kits all over the world. Jane has been on international design teams as well as an Ambassador for Graphic 45 for two years and design team member for three years. Jane loves all forms of scrapbooking, card making, mixed media, off the page projects and handmade books.

Mariusz Gierszewski

Mariusz Gierszewski is 28 years old and was born in a small village in northern Poland. He has been scrapbooking for 7 years and teaching for almost 5 years. He has been a member of many design teams for companies including Prima Marketing, Kaisercraft and Graphic 45. He has been working with Mintay Papers for 2 years and Scrapiniec for 5 years. Mariusz leads workshops almost every weekend, and has taught and displayed internationally, including Indonesia, Brazil, Norway, Sweden, Italy, Estonia, Spain, Russia, Latvia and Denmark.

Karola Witczak

Karola Witczak is a well known designer, craft teacher and craft industry consultant, in Poland and abroad. She has been cooperating with many craft brands over the past 12 years. Karola currently teaches Mintay classes all over the world, presenting a variety of ways to use the paper collections she designs herself. Her style can be called “modern shabby chic”, her projects are always full of 3D layering, a romantic touch with a modern twist, and a bit of soft mixed media.
