So many of life’s memorable moments, which scrapbookers love to cherish, involve a celebration. And if there’s going to be a celebration, there needs to be a cake. As a special feature at the show, we have invited a cake decorator and teacher to demonstrate some clever techniques you can use in your next celebration cake. Meet Jackie, from Contemporary Cakes and Classes, a highly qualified chef and pastry chef who has worked in some of the grandest five-star hotels in UK and Europe; she has a portfolio of cakes under her belt created for movies including Bridget Jones’ Diary, Finding Neverland and even Wimbledon.

Jackie has had the privilege of studying alongside culinary professionals including Gary Mehigan. With her well-rounded knowledge of sugarcraft including cake decorating and sugar flowers, she’s a must see at the show.
